SE Group provided the City of Issaquah with master planning, landscape architecture and construction administration services for this multi-use park facility. After developing a comprehensive master plan to guide park development, we prepared detailed cost estimates for several different build-out scenarios, and worked closely with City staff to craft a bid alternate package that allowed for the best use of available funds for construction.
These much needed fields are the first of their kind in the City, and represent a major addition to the active recreation resource. The City of Issaquah will run youth programs at the site, and will generate revenue by renting out the facility for league play.
