The new Kistelek Thermal Spa and Golf Resort is set in southern Hungary in the heart of the Hungarian plain, horse country known for its wide open spaces and long scenic vistas. As part of an international consulting team representing five nations on three continents, SE Group led the master planning and site design for this spectacular new resort. Upon completion, the Kistelek Thermal Spa and Golf Resort will consist of a geothermal spa and health center, a world-class equestrian park, a public park, a retail village, restaurants and a country club featuring a Graham Cooke & Associates-designed 27-hole golf course. Guests staying at the resort may choose between the luxury hotel, forest and lakeside cottages, village apartments, and residential villas.
Construction of the resort is anticipated to begin in 2010.
