Olivia is an engineer at heart: analytical, task-orientated, and precise. That, combined with a passion for outdoor recreation and sustainable design, makes her a strong mountain planner. She comes from a background in land development and master planning, and applies those construction best practices to project design and management and technical writing. With experience working in both the private and public sector, Olivia has a strong understanding of the permitting and construction process from both a consultant and owner perspective, and how to best get things done within budget and on time.
Olivia has seven years of engineering experience, including grading and drainage design, roadway design, management of public capital improvement projects, and community outreach planning. An avid recreational and big mountain skier, mountain biker, and former collegiate cross country ski racer, Olivia brings a wholistic view to mountain and resort planning.
Olivia has an Environmental Engineering degree from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado.
