Landscape Architect / Project Manager
Overview
SE Group is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect to help manage our expanding project portfolio of outdoor recreation-based design and planning projects throughout the Intermountain West. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing practice, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and work on transformative projects in this outdoor recreation mecca.
We are looking for someone who has experience and passion for the world of outdoor recreation – with project experience in the following project types: parks and playgrounds (state, county, and local), open space and trails, active transportation, community master planning, mountain bike parks, campgrounds, and recreation hospitality projects. This role is ideal for a landscape architect with project management experience who can move fluidly between planning and design, client relationships, mentoring, and project delivery.
If you’re excited about the idea of collaborating with some of the leading voices in outdoor recreation design as we expand our footprint in the Intermountain West – we want to hear from you!
About SE Group
At SE Group, our mission is to enrich people’s lives through the power of outdoor recreation — turning local insight and bold ideas into plans, places, and experiences that help communities thrive, landscapes endure, and outdoor recreation to inspire.
SE Group has been the industry leader in the planning and design of mountain resorts since 1958. Over the years, our team has grown to include landscape architects, community planners, environmental analysts, and economic advisors that are pioneering how communities and destinations across the country think about recreation, tourism, and outdoor spaces. Whether it’s a multi-season mountain resort or a schoolyard playground, our clients trust us to lead them from the first spark of inspiration to the final phase of implementation.
With hubs in Utah, Colorado, and Vermont, we are lucky to live in the heart of some of the amazing recreational communities we serve. We all share a passion for getting outside (in its many diverse forms), and SE Group is committed to offering an exceptional employee experience that honors this, while promoting collaboration, mentorship, growth - and laughter!
