SE Group Receives Three Projects Awarded by VTASLA
We are thrilled to announce that three SE Group projects were awarded Vermont Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (VTASLA) awards!
Creekside Park: Honor Award for Landscape Architectural Design
This project reimagines a central gathering space at Beaver Creek Resort into a vibrant, nature-inspired park that blends play, accessibility, and alpine character. With its “Birds of Play” playscape, meandering paths, and multi-use lawn, the park creates a dynamic, multi-season destination for the community and visitors alike.
Lake Willoughby South End + Mt Pisgah Trailhead Improvements: Merit Award for Landscape Architectural Design.
This project reflects a thoughtful design that balances access with stewardship in one of Vermont’s most iconic landscapes. The project enhances the visitor experience through accessible trails and boardwalks, shoreline restoration, and improved trailhead facilities while protecting sensitive natural resources for the long term.
New Hampshire Campgrounds Feasibility Study: Merit Award for Landscape Planning & Analysis
This project provides a roadmap for strategic reinvestment across the State Park system, guiding expansion and modernization while safeguarding natural and cultural resources. Through system-wide analysis and design-driven planning, the project helps position New Hampshire’s campgrounds for sustainable growth and improved visitor experiences.
Thank you to VTASLA for these recognitions and to the team, communities and collaborators who made these projects possible!
