Master Development Plan Updates
SE Group partnered with Beaver Creek Resort and the U.S. National Forest Service on the 2010 and 2015 Master Development Plan updates. This work establishes a comprehensive plan for seasonal and year-round improvements to the resort, including the recently opened McCoy Park family-friendly learning terrain, consistent with the White River National Forest Land and Resource Management Plan and Beaver Creek’s Special Use Permit (SUP).
McCoy Park Terrain Expansion
SE Group also completed the environmental assessment work for McCoy Park, a terrain expansion offering 250 acres of lift-served, learning friendly terrain. This welcoming, accessible terrain provides a unique experience for families, beginner, and intermediate skiers and riders to explore the mountain together.

Creekside Park
SE Group is working with Beaver Creek Resort Company to fulfill their strategic plan to revitalize Creekside Park for future generations of the resort. The vision for the park is to create an outdoor destination (excite), connect guests with nature (engage), and craft with stewardship (thrive). The park’s anatomy is defined by an upper park area and lower park area; threaded together by Beaver Creek that runs the length of the natural greenspace. The park celebrates the creek by enhancing the riparian habitat areas and improving the relationship between visitors and the creek.
