Ritz Carlton Residences
An example of luxury at its best—the Ritz Carlton at Vail offers the perfect world for a vacation. SE Group worked with Vail Resorts Development Corporation to provide site planning, permitting, and programming of the site and interior courtyard for the Ritz Carlton Residences, Vail, Colorado.
The project consisted of 71 residences. The site design and finishes responded to the typical Vail aesthetics by incorporating indigenous stone and native plant materials. This approach facilitated a seamless integration of the new Bavarian style architecture with the surrounding development.
The landscape design is a balance between urban forms and soft vegetative screening to define outdoor spaces. All of the landscaping in the pool area courtyard is designed as a green roof. Amenities include a custom outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor dining, fire pit, water fountains, private patios, and gardens in a formal elegant design.
