In 2016, SE Group collaborated with Duncan Wisniewski Architecture to design the site and landscaping for this five story multi-family apartment building in South Burlington, Vermont.
Project Planning
The site design included common space, an outdoor pool/patio terrace, and green infrastructure elements within the parking area located behind the building. The project delivers affordable housing with view of the lake from the upper floors and amenities everyone can enjoy.
