Chris Cushing is Inducted into the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame

SE Group is proud to celebrate the induction of our colleague and friend, Chris Cushing, into the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame, Class of 2025.

For more than four decades, Chris has been at the forefront of designing & planning mountain resorts and ski areas, leaving an indelible mark on the ski industry and shaping the destinations that inspire us all. His vision, leadership, and mentorship have guided countless projects and people over the years, ensuring that his influence reaches far beyond individual resorts to the fabric of the industry itself.

This recognition follows his receipt of the National Ski Areas Association Industry Impact Award earlier this year, further underscoring the extraordinary breadth of his contributions. Together, these honors are a testament to Chris’s enduring passion for the mountains and his role in elevating the ski industry to new heights.

Chris also carries forward a remarkable legacy at SE Group. He joins four other company pioneers, Sel Hannah, Jim Branch, Ted Farwell, and his father, Joe Cushing who have previously been inducted into the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame.
